HAVE AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!

Discover the magic and beauty of Tulum with its endless white sandy beaches and crystal clear ocean while exploring each of the seven chakras. By the end of the retreat all of your chakras will be open and fully activated.

Each day, we’ll practice yoga in the Tee Yoga Studio. Its sliding French doors look out to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean. Hear the magical sound of the waves crashing outside while Katrina quides us through a discovery of the physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of each chakra.

Through the use of asana yoga practice, meditation, mantra, chanting, and pranayama, we’ll learn how to engage and open our chakras, uncovering what might be blocking them.

ABOUT KATRINA

Katrina is the founder and owner of Karma Yoga Center. When she took her first yoga class 12 years ago, she knew she’d found her soul’s home. Her practice transformed her life so completely that she left her career as a high school English teacher to whole-heartedly pursue her yoga practice. She is a certified yoga teacher and is a student/devotee of Saul David Raye, Dr. Katyayani Poole and Dr.Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. Her teaching style combines heart-centered vinyasa (flow) with bhakti (devotional) yoga and tantric philosophy. She works to maintain the integrity of this ancient practice while bringing it into the 21st century. Though yoga brings her deep joy, her greatest passion is loving on her two boys Maximus and Boden.
